Ingredients :
- Plain Noodles - 1 packet
- Onion - 1 Sliced
- Capsicum - 1 Sliced
- Cabbage - 1 Shredded
- Carrot - 1 Sliced
- Beans - 1/2 cup Chopped
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Chili Sauce- 1 tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste.
Preparation Method :
- Boil Noodles in enough water and do not over cook.
- Strain the Noodles in cold water 2-3 times and drain water and set aside.
- Add few drops of oil to the noodles to avoid sticking.
- Heat oil in a wok and add sliced onions and stir fry for, add all other vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and mix well. Now add boiled noodles and mix well.
- Add vinegar, chili sauce and soya sauce and stir fry for a minute.
- Serve it hot.
- And this is the story of vegetable noodles.

- Red kidney beans - 2 cups
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
- Onions - 1 chopped
- Garlic cloves - 5 chopped
- Ginger - 1 inch chopped
- Green chillies - 3 chopped
- Tomatoes - 3 chopped
- Corainder powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste.
- Handful Coriander leaves
Preparation Method :
- Soak red kidney beans overnight.
- Wash and pressure cook and Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Fry until they turn brown.
- Add onions and tomatoes.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the boiled red kidney beans, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir.
- Cook until a thick gravy is formed.
- Garnish rajma with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapatis or parotas or rice.
