Ingredients
- Chicken Boneless - 1 lb
- Red Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Maida Flour - 3 tsp
- Rice Flour - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon - few drops
- Coloring agent - pinch
Preparation Method:
- Add Red chilli powder, salt, Maida, rice flour, coloring agent, Turmeric Powder one after other and mix it well.
- Clean chicken with running water and add Ginger Garlic Paste and Lemon Juice and mix well
- Mix the masala prepared in Step 1 to Step 2 and keep it aside for 1.5 hours
- Taste and check for salt and spice level - Add salt / spice if in case it is missing
- Heat oil in container and fry it
