Ingredients:
- White rice - 1 cup.
- Water - 2 cups.
- Peanut oil - 2 tsp.
- Tofu - 1 pound cut in cubes.
- White onion - 1/2 chopped.
- Garlic cloves - 3 minced.
- Tomato paste -3-4 tsp.
- Peanut butter - 1 tsp
Preparation method :
- Boil rice and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet in medium heat.
- Cook the tofu in the hot oil until it turn golden brown.
- Add onions, garlic to the tofu until the onion turns transparent.
- Add the tomato paste and peanut butter and mix it well that the butter melts down completely.
- And now serve it with rice.
