Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 pound.
- Onions - 3 cut in cubes.
- Green chillies - 2 minced
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup.
- Lemon juice - 1 fresh.
- Cinnamon - 1/8 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves minced.
- Salt
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Green pepper - 1 cut in cubes.
Preparation Method:
- Mix oil, lemon, cinnamon, garlic, green chillies, salt and black pepper.
- Remove all fat and membrane from chicken and cut into cubes and add it with marinade.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Pre-heat the oven for 30 mins before grilling.
- In the skewers insert chicken, onion, and green pepper.
- Maintain the order for the other pieces.
- Grill it for 10 mins, do not overcook it.
