Ingrediants :
- Tomato - 7 to 9 nos.( Medium size )
- Green Chillies - 3 nos.
- Dry Red Chillies - 6 nos.
- Fresh Tamarind extract - 2 tsp.
- Mustard seeds - 3/4 tsp.
- Curry leaves and Coriander - to garnish.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Oil - 1 tsp.
Preparation Method :
- In a pressure cooker add chopped tomatos, green chillies and pressure it for 5 mins.
- Leave it to cool for 5 mins.
- Add the contents to a blender with dry red chillies, salt, tamarind extract, and blend it.
- In a pan add oil and add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
- Add curry leaves to it.
- Add the mixture to it and let it boil for 5 mins.
- Granish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.
